This is also inform you that in Bangladesh we only provide Air Ambulance Support(Bed to Bed) to Local(Airport) and Overseas. Our Air Ambulance provide with Foreign Doctor and nurse with full ICU equipments. Same time our
Jet Aircraft(Hawker 800) also use as a VIP chartered to local and overseas Airport base. This is 8 Sitter VVIP.
Note:
1. Payment mode: Cash, Pay order in the name of R&R Aviation must be fully paid before flight. In case of cheque, subject to encashment before flight.

2. The bill is subject to change as per actual flying time and waiting time depending on weather, ATC delay etc .
3. The security personnel (round the clock) in the helipad for the Helicopter to be ensured by the client. The Helipad should be adequately secured from the dust, if require there should be water spraying prior to the flight.
4. Aircrew resting place & refreshment to be ensured by the client.
5. The helipad exact location to be provided by the client prior to the mission.
6. The designated & accepted helipad to be provided with the red flag & yellow windsocks at adjacent vicinity by the client.
7. In case of cancellation one day before 10% and 12 hours before the intended flight 25% of the total bill will be deducted.
8. Maximum passenger number – as per helicopter model
9. If you have any foreigner passenger the photo copy of his/their passport to be provided at least 48 hours back. The name, address & contact no of the local passengers also to be submitted along.
10. Maximum allowable luggage in total is 10 to 30 Kg depends on helicopter model.
11. Size and Shape of luggage should be standard.
12. Bill paid in advance shall be refunded in case of flight cancellation by the operator.
